Sometimes it’s good to think about yourself. Often times, we spend so much time tearing ourselves down. It’s so destructive. So spend a few minutes every day and think of something you love about yourself. Your sense of humor, your hair looks good today, you got a good grade on a test.
Going along with this, when you tear yourself down, think, “would I say this to my best friend?” You wouldn’t tell your best friend that they’re ugly, or stupid, or fat, so never say that to yourself. It will make you feel better about yourself and make you an all-around happier person. Who doesn’t want that?
